With a non-judgmental approach, we will embark on a journey of self-exploration and meaningful connection, enabling you to overcome childhood trauma, silence your inner critic, and release unhealthy patterns and beliefs holding you back from living your best life.

What to Expect.

Sessions are one-on-one coaching from anywhere in the world. We will connect via Zoom and you’ll receive a private link via email after scheduling your appointment. I am also available for a limited number of in-person sessions in Austin, Texas, and Los Angeles, California.

No two session are alike. Whatever area of focus you bring to your session, whether anxiety, feeling stuck, ruminating thoughts, people pleasing, or perfectionism, I will meet you where you are at and hold a safe space for you be seen, heard and felt.

Throughout our work together you will learn tools and information that you will be able to use right away to inspire immediate change and create emotional balance in your life. You can expect to be held accountable and guided through the obstacles that are keeping you from the life you want.

What Makes Coaching Different.

Life coaching differs from traditional therapy in that it is future focused and helps to move you towards your desired goals & outcomes. While we may go into inner child work or parts work, we will not delve into figuring out the “why” of your past. Rather, coaching helps you focus on your full potential and empower future. We work on healing past experiences that keep you stuck and rewiring thought processes and unconscious beliefs that are holding you back.

How often you should book a session is entirely up to you.  Most people choose bi-weekly or monthly sessions, some prefer weekly and others choose as needed. There is no “right or wrong” way to book your sessions.
